LATEST INTERVIEW

This week we meet with Palmetto Home Store which is a locally owned, full-service hardware, lawn & garden, lumber and home improvement store.   Operated in Summerville, SC since 1978.

ABOUT OWNER'S CARD

Who Owns Your Town?

This project started because I wanted to get to know more about the people who build the world we live in.  While there are plenty of sources looking at digging into the BlackRock's of the world, it's much harder to know the local owner of Ace Hardware, Frank's Shoes, and Main Street Tile.  These Interviews focus on the local owners who you can walk in and grab their business card.  Why they got into business, the lessons they have learned and their unique perspectives on the communities we all live in.
